The staff at specialty care infusion center is here to help you treat your patients. When you send us a referral, our staff will contact your office and your patient to initiate the intake process. Please complete the referring provider form for the type of treatment you would like administered, and fax to us at 702-977-8150 along with any additional requested information. Our staff will work with your patients regarding insurance coverage and billing and notify you of the patient’s condition throughout the course of treatment.
